Reports
Preparation of a Design and Construction Report (DCR) for each Contract, will be made available for a 30-day public review period. These documents will be prepared in accordance with the Class Environmental Assessment for Provincial Transportation Facilities (2000) as a Group "B" project. Group "B" projects are defined as projects providing major improvements to existing provincial transportation facilities.
The Design and Construction Report documents the design alternatives considered, the design features and associated environmental protection / mitigation measures included in the contract package, consultation with external stakeholders and the public, and any further commitments to be addressed during construction. The environmental protection / mitigation will include items carried forward from the Transportation Environmental Study Report and Preliminary Design Reports as well as any new items required due to the recommended design alternative.
Relevant documents will be made available for viewing as the project progresses.
